A couple of questions for Jehovah's Witnesses?

May I ask, what is the "Holy Place" and why did Jesus say that those in "Judea" should flee?

t 24:16 "then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.

Since the second fulfillment involves the entire world, fleeing to the mountains would mean fleeing false religion and staying close to Jehovah’s people, not being involved in the machinations of the world’s governments.

okay so i bween off my game lately ever since i started playing high school soccer. i know im good and i got skills, but i cant seem to use them in the game. like i never get the ball that much and people use body on me since im one o the shortest in the team! i want to be fast, make a difference, nand leave people with a good impression. i also want coach to reconize me and put me starting. any tips? im a midfielder my the way, right. i need to be more agressive and not be scared of the ball.

I cannot remember the name of the movie. Can you help ?
I saw this movie a while back. I cannot seem to recall the name of the movie. I’m sure it was released in this last decade. Here are the details I remember from the movie.

The movie starts with a little girl being released form the asylum to o live with her father and her step-mother. Her older sister (I think her name was Alex) is her best friend and her confidant. She also likes the local delivery boy. As the movie goes on she realizes that her step mother is a former fugitive and she had killed the previous family she was married to.

She and her older sister kill their mother and it is revealed that her older sister was a figment of her imagination. Her older sister had died in a garage explosion along with their sick birth mother. she is taken back to the asylum.

Simple astronomy question? (I hope it's simple)?
I was just wondering about this, because me and my twin were discussing this question that we found in this question and answers book…

So far what we know is that the Moon takes roughly 1 month to revolve around Earth.
The Earth takes roughly about 1 year to revolve around the sun.
The Moon and the Sun look like they follow/move in an arc like manner across the sky everyday/night.

But we’re not sure why. Anyone explain?

again this deck is not for tourney play. i am in need of advice to make this deck work better. please no comments about how i have alot going on in this deck cause i know. i want to know what i can take out to make this deck quicker and what i can add to make this deck work better.

For monsters I’d suggest starting with something like:
3x Marauding Captain
2x Command Knight
2x Freed the Matchless General
2x Field Commander Rahz

And adding further monsters to suit your tastes and deck goals. In general you want about 20 monsters and the rest spell and trap cards. You want maybe about 12 spells to about 8 traps, unless you’re running a lot of equip spells, in which case you probably want three Royal Decree and few, if any, other traps.

Spell wise the following are good general-purpose cards for any deck:
1x Mystical Space Typhoon
1x Heavy Storm/Giant Trunade
1x Brain Control
1x Swords of Revealing Light
1-2x Book of Moon (especially with mystic swordsman/sasuke samurai)
1-2x Enemy Controller (especially with ninja grandmaster sasuke)
and for warrior decks in particular:
1x Reinforcement of the Army (it’s limited to 1 right now. If it goes up again, add more)
1-2x The Warrior Returning Alive
Beyond this, like the monsters, a lot depends on what you want to do with the deck.

17 years old and wanting to lose weight, what can I do ?
I have just turned seventeen. I play a fair amount of field hockey, I also play tennis and badminton once a week but I am not very fit at all. I am not obese but I feel a little fit. I want to lose weight but I don’t know how. I want to be toned too but what should I do to make sure I manage both at the end?

Here are some steps I’ve already taken:
- Eat more fruit
- Cut out crisps and chocolate
- Cut out snacking
- 20 sit ups every night

But should I do some running or cycling? I don’t want to build muscle, I want to lose weight.
I am usually a size 12 (uk) when it comes to clothing, and I want to get down to size 8/10.

Can anyone help me?

1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure.

2. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program.

3. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily.

4. Don’t weigh yourself more than once a week

5. Take starting measurements as well as weight – sometimes you’ll lose inches before pounds

6. Avoid any type of "low carb" sweetener for the first two weeks

7. Don’t compare your loss to someone else’s – this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary)

8. Stalls are common around the third week so don’t panic

9. If you follow your plan to the T and don’t lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food

10. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison

11. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts – make sure your doctor knows that you’re doing low carb and when you started

12. Don’t blame the diet if you don’t read your plan book — blame the diet if you don’t read the labels — Don’t blame the diet if you don’t follow the diet

I think you might be getting a little mixed up with what you want exactly. You say that you want to lose "weight" but that means you might want to get rid of some muscle too. You then say that you’d like to "shape" (I’d call it tone) your body a little which implies you want to build some muscle. I’m not trying to pick at your question – I just want to clarify the point for you.

To answer it in the best way, I am going to look at it as if you want to get rid of fat AND build muscle at the same time. If you’re looking to "trim" and "tone" your body, and espectially because you suggest you are not that overweight, I would suggest you start performing more intensive aerobic exercises such as jogging. I wouldn’t think you need to change the whole way you eat or go on a diet because if you’re wanting to build muscles – it’s better to do it all with exercise.

Exercises like jogging won’t exactly "build" your muscles on your stomach but they will help reduce the extra fat around there. Depending on how fit you are, you should go on daily or bi-daily jogs of around a mile. To build muscles, you should concentrate on anaerobic exercises such as sit-ups to help build muscles.

These muscle-building exercises will give your muscles the toning and training they need to grow and become more prominent. To start to see a real difference with sit-ups, you should be looking to do no more than 100 every day (more than that will often hurt your muscles).

If you stick to doing those two forms of exercise – jogging and sit-ups, you should see real improvements in a week or two. Remember, you should do them as often as you can (I.E every single day).

Not going to see fiance for 1 year and 2 months?
I am in Canada finishing up college and he is overseas, lives in my home country. We’ve been together for 6 years, since we were both 14 years old.
