concerned about my weight?
Im nearly 15 years old and roughly 1.65 metres tall…but i seriously think im overweight. everyone tells me im not but i think they are just trying to be nice though. Im fairly active, i walk to and from school everyday which takes about 30 minutes each way, i walk my dog for about 30 Min’s when i get home, i play netball once a week and do karate, so what else should i do to loose weight? i eat healthily, and have cut sweets, chocolate and any other sweet foods out of my diet. any suggestions please? because its really getting me down and im becoming obsessed with my weight. thanks alot.


I don’t know what’s your weight but as long as you continue with eating healthily and exercising, you will definitely not be overweight. Please do not starve yourself because trust me, I’ve been there done that. It’s horrible. God bless you :)

Stop drinking sodas if you havent already.
A lot of sodium in your diet will actually make you gain weight.
Eat as much fresh food as you can!! Cut down on frozen, processed meals. Try to make as many of your meals fresh. Just watch your diet, and keep walking your dog and stuff, and you will probly drop a few pounds. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables for snacks between meals when you get hungry.
Main thing tho, watch your diet. Thats the most important thing. Cardio for excercise is good.

Your fine as long as you don’t just eat and not burn the calories. I was obsessed with my weight over the summer. It’s not a good thing,it really keeps you down. Try dancing maybe and swimming. I lost 10 pounds by dancing 2 times a week and keeping healthy. Dont stop what you are doing. AND NO POP OR SWEETS LIKE CAKE OR COOKIES :)
