multiple questions…please help?
I am 17 years old. Over the past 6-12 months I have noticed that I have been urinating more frequently and having trouble when doing it. I have what I believe is a varicocele on my left testicle. My left testicle frequently flips without any pain, like ill have to go to the bathroom and then all of a sudden my left testicle is like upside down and I get kind of freaked out I have to like twist it and stuff to get it to flip back to normal. On top of all of this I have recently experienced erectile dysfunction when I was with a girl. I do not have trouble getting it up alone but all of a sudden that began to happen. What can be the cause of my trouble urinating and my ED at this young age. A Urinary tract infection? Can this varicocele be causing these symptoms? And whats with the flipping, Idk what to do about that I feel like one day itll flip the wrong day and cause some damage. These problems are making my like pretty bad. Please answer any of these questions or give any advice. I know the common response will be "go see a doctor" but im nervous and embarassed to bring it up to my family. Thanks…
