one thing that i would say to you my friend is to first and foremost focus on the process instead of the result. what do i mean by this? focus on your task at hand, your technique, your positioning on and off the ball. This is focusing on the process. being on the Now! Focusing too much on the result, that is, trying to impress the coach, trying to look good for everyone to see, is a tremendous distraction for you. additionally, because you are focusing on what others are saying about you, you become tense. why are you so good in practice and not in games? because you are relaxed, right? you are not thinking about anything else, but you are living the present moment.
apply the same mindset to your games. you can have the greatest training drills and good skills, but if you cannot apply that into your games, how good is that? the mindset is extremely important. so get rid of your internal distractions (thinking about looking good, impressing the coach, etc.) and start focusing on the little things you have to do during a game in order to be successful.

What you need to do is to start to practice ball control. That is one of the most important attributes of a midfielder. Juggling really helps in that. You can use your height to your advantage to be more aggresive no one will be expecting it. I have encountered short guys that play much more aggresive than me ( 6′ 2").

I saw this movie a while back. I cannot seem to recall the name of the movie. I’m sure it was released in this last decade. Here are the details I remember from the movie.

The movie starts with a little girl being released form the asylum to o live with her father and her step-mother. Her older sister (I think her name was Alex) is her best friend and her confidant. She also likes the local delivery boy. As the movie goes on she realizes that her step mother is a former fugitive and she had killed the previous family she was married to.

She and her older sister kill their mother and it is revealed that her older sister was a figment of her imagination. Her older sister had died in a garage explosion along with their sick birth mother. she is taken back to the asylum.

Simple astronomy question? (I hope it's simple)?
I was just wondering about this, because me and my twin were discussing this question that we found in this question and answers book…

So far what we know is that the Moon takes roughly 1 month to revolve around Earth.
The Earth takes roughly about 1 year to revolve around the sun.
The Moon and the Sun look like they follow/move in an arc like manner across the sky everyday/night.

But we’re not sure why. Anyone explain?

I’d advise removing all the Spellcasters, since none of them help a Warrior deck. In fact I’d probably take out most of the warriors as well. You need to find a single strategy to focus on – simply saying ‘use warriors’ isn’t enough.

For monsters I’d suggest starting with something like:
3x Marauding Captain
2x Command Knight
2x Freed the Matchless General
2x Field Commander Rahz

And adding further monsters to suit your tastes and deck goals. In general you want about 20 monsters and the rest spell and trap cards. You want maybe about 12 spells to about 8 traps, unless you’re running a lot of equip spells, in which case you probably want three Royal Decree and few, if any, other traps.

Spell wise the following are good general-purpose cards for any deck:
1x Mystical Space Typhoon
1x Heavy Storm/Giant Trunade
1x Brain Control
1x Swords of Revealing Light
1-2x Book of Moon (especially with mystic swordsman/sasuke samurai)
1-2x Enemy Controller (especially with ninja grandmaster sasuke)
and for warrior decks in particular:
1x Reinforcement of the Army (it’s limited to 1 right now. If it goes up again, add more)
1-2x The Warrior Returning Alive
Beyond this, like the monsters, a lot depends on what you want to do with the deck.

17 years old and wanting to lose weight, what can I do ?
I have just turned seventeen. I play a fair amount of field hockey, I also play tennis and badminton once a week but I am not very fit at all. I am not obese but I feel a little fit. I want to lose weight but I don’t know how. I want to be toned too but what should I do to make sure I manage both at the end?

Here are some steps I’ve already taken:
- Eat more fruit
- Cut out crisps and chocolate
- Cut out snacking
- 20 sit ups every night

But should I do some running or cycling? I don’t want to build muscle, I want to lose weight.
I am usually a size 12 (uk) when it comes to clothing, and I want to get down to size 8/10.

1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure.

2. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program.

3. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily.

5. Take starting measurements as well as weight – sometimes you’ll lose inches before pounds

6. Avoid any type of "low carb" sweetener for the first two weeks

Hi there,

I think you might be getting a little mixed up with what you want exactly. You say that you want to lose "weight" but that means you might want to get rid of some muscle too. You then say that you’d like to "shape" (I’d call it tone) your body a little which implies you want to build some muscle. I’m not trying to pick at your question – I just want to clarify the point for you.

To answer it in the best way, I am going to look at it as if you want to get rid of fat AND build muscle at the same time. If you’re looking to "trim" and "tone" your body, and espectially because you suggest you are not that overweight, I would suggest you start performing more intensive aerobic exercises such as jogging. I wouldn’t think you need to change the whole way you eat or go on a diet because if you’re wanting to build muscles – it’s better to do it all with exercise.

Exercises like jogging won’t exactly "build" your muscles on your stomach but they will help reduce the extra fat around there. Depending on how fit you are, you should go on daily or bi-daily jogs of around a mile. To build muscles, you should concentrate on anaerobic exercises such as sit-ups to help build muscles.

These muscle-building exercises will give your muscles the toning and training they need to grow and become more prominent. To start to see a real difference with sit-ups, you should be looking to do no more than 100 every day (more than that will often hurt your muscles).

If you stick to doing those two forms of exercise – jogging and sit-ups, you should see real improvements in a week or two. Remember, you should do them as often as you can (I.E every single day).

Not going to see fiance for 1 year and 2 months?
I am in Canada finishing up college and he is overseas, lives in my home country. We’ve been together for 6 years, since we were both 14 years old. My boyfriend travels with his job and is gone for months at a time. Its very difficult! But, the best thing you can do is use IM webcam at night to do video chat… its like he is right there in front of me! We both feel like we have spent quality time together. When you talk on the phone or by txt it loses its connection. We also make sure that we at very least txt good morning and good nite to each other. It makes you feel like you are connected.
